Returns and Exchanges

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sales are final. We will exchange the size if it's within 30 days of your delivery date. All item must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods your account will be charged $25 and the items will be returned back to you. In order to do an exchange, you must first call us to be assigned a returned authorization number. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you are returning to us. Please fill out the exchange form in its ENTIRETY and indicate what items you are returning, reason and what you would like in exchange. A charge of $8.99 will be placed on your credit card for the return shipping costs. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your size will be exchanged. If you choose a to receive a store credit, the credit amount will remain on your Ovide Couture account and will be redeemable by phone or you will given a gift certificate number to redeem when placing your next order with us. Any items received after 30 days will not be accepted.

DAMAGES

Damage policy applies to any suit you buy from Ovide Couture. Ovide Couture guarantees our items to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from the date of when the order is placed as long as you follow our care instructions. Ovide Couture suits are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Items being returned for repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receiving. Soiled damages will be returned to owner as is. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Ovide Couture suits are constructed from only the best fabrics and trims and are extremely delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While most suits can be worn in the ocean water or pool, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. Suits that have feather embellishments are not recommended  to be worn in the water, but are fine to get slightly wet. 14k gold plated embellishments are recommended not to be worn in the ocean. 

All Ovide Couture swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap or detergent. Do not twist or wring, but gently squeeze water out and lie flat to dry. DO NOT USE WOOLITE OR FABRIC SOFTENERS!
